However, the state is being instructed for notifying the regulations under the real-estate [Regulation & Development] Act 2016. Jammu and Kashmir, among six North-eastern states e.g. Manipur, Arunachal Pradesh, Mizoram, Meghalaya, Sikkim, and Nagaland have not yet been notified the legislation under ‘RERA’.
